heyz im like not realli that good at dis game and i used my friends deck and stuff which is really good but i still dont win so what kind of deck do you guys think that newbies should use to win and stuff

To be honest, the best way to start is to copy the pros. Go to www.metagame.com and visit some of the Shonen Jump pages, and find the top 8 decklists. Most of those (Ryan Spicer notably - in the Shonen Jump Austin) are pretty good, and will give you a general idea.

However, most of the cards you need in those decks are pretty expensive. A lot have been released in less rare forms or even commons, in structure decks or dark beginnings/revelations.
