No, I did not, but they must have done it recently, because I have had mine for ages & I got it myself.
Maybe it happened when they changed servers, maybe they just forgot to put it back.
Sorry for presuming some people just did not know how to make a custom avatar.
Why not PM Admin or something & ask why then?

Last time we allowed avatar rights we had a few people who abused it and spoiled it for everyone. At this stage I will not be allowing avatar rights but may do again in the future.
