Me personally, l love survival Horror- Silent hill rocks!!!!! so does the project zero series

I don't mind the odd platform game, but i'd have to say I prefer RPG.

Neverwinternights & Knights of the old republic kick ASS.

I love Strategy games. My fave is Dawn of War

I like RPGs myself, I also like the old shoot em ups, theyre kick ass

Donnie, massive online RPG is RPG, and arcade shoot em ups is under classics, sorry for being so general. I like a game with a story that has many plot twists, and characters that have depth. it makes the game more interesting, RPG is a close second though

I'm torn between RPG and RTS but i'd have to say RPG because of the deep storylines, replayability and the fact that characters can be different each time you play.

Begin rant:

Classics covers far too broad a range of games. For example, there are various classics which I don't actually like. There are also various old games which aren't really classic (in a popular sense) but which I enjoyed and could hardly find anywhere. Then there are shoot-em-ups which aren't quite classic yet in the temporal sense of the term. Like the not-so-arcade-but-still-shoot-em-up Star Wars based space shooters ala X-Wing, TIE Fighter, X-Wing Alliance, etc. Classic is not a genre. Its a broad category. You didn't even put flight simulator there! (not that you'd catch me playing those anytime soon).

End rant.

rpg are cool and all (gotta love the ff series)

but i love strategy
i love the fact i have to use brainpower to solve puzzles or fight battles in the correct order to win
i love how in empire earth certain units hav an advantage over other units its a new twist in the game that makes you think what asoret of units you should send in

seems like there aren't a lot of fans of rpg or platform

i love real time strat. starcraft and warcraft are awesome

Id have to say my favest kind of games are stragedy games and fighting games aswell both i like gotta love tekken 5 and the rest of the series.

yeah, tekken 5 is cool, l have to get it
